Laura Miles, a yoga practitioner since childhood and a teacher for twenty years, feels that yoga can initiate major life changes. She has helped countless people rid themselves of negative thinking, find peace and clarity in spirituality, and create a strong and fit body.
Laura had an early fascination with different cultural approaches to human expression; in design, music, language, and most specifically, in movement. She has said, ” I have never found a culture that didn’t heal through movement.” Laura spent three years in Japan in her early twenties, then moved on to Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she designed and manufactured clothing.
